Raised in Idaho and now based in Arizona, Alisse Caton holds both a Master of Science in Geospatial Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Northern Arizona University. As a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the American Planning Association, she brings over a decade of diverse experience in urban planning and real estate development.
Alisse’s career spans roles within municipal government, a land planning and landscape architecture design firm, a real estate and zoning law firm, and most recently, a merchant developer. She has successfully managed the full development process for projects across a wide range of sectors, including master-planned communities, mixed-use, single-family residential, multi-family, industrial, and retail developments.
Her combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong interpersonal skills positions her as an exceptional professional in today’s dynamic and multidisciplinary development environment.
